Discussing your requirements

At a time convenient to you, our Funeral Director will arrange to meet you to discuss the funeral arrangements.

You can come to one of our offices or we can come to your home, whatever suits you. We aim to make the process as stress free as possible and will guide you through the formalities and legal requirements.

We will also let you know about the options available to you and the costs involved. We have many years experience in arranging both religious and secular services and our staff will respect and comply with any cultural or ceremonial wishes you may have. Once the arrangements have been finalised we will provide you with a written estimate and ask for part-payment prior to the funeral taking place. To ensure continuity, the Funeral Director you meet will be available to offer help and support and will be with you on the day of the funeral. If you believe there may be a Will, it is important to check to see if the person left any specific instructions with regards to the funeral and whether they wished to be interred or cremated before making any arrangements with us.
